IMI publishes Annual Review of its operations for 2009

After almost two years of planning, consultation and preparation IMI advanced hugely and became a practical reality in 2009 as a public resource.  By December, IMI’s Certification Scheme had been successfully introduced and had attracted over 1,000 experienced professional mediators.  IMI's Annual Review covering 2009 looks back at its work over the past year and looks forward to further progress in 2010 for mediation to expand more quickly into a global profession and to be used wider in conflict resolution and dealmaking.
