Roebuck Lecture 2022: Mandating Mediation – The Digital Solution

The 2022 Roebuck Lecture will be delivered by The Rt. Hon Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls.

Mediation is already mandated in many jurisdictions. However, there is no standardised approach as to how mandated mediation can and should work globally. As discussions about how mandated mediation continue to unfold around the world, Sir Geoffrey will explore how digital technologies could pave the way towards mainstream adoption of mediation, what is required of mediators to facilitate that change and how such changes will impact on practice.
