During his twenty years as a consultant, Dr Bernstein has worked with pharmaceutical and chemical companies world-wide and individuals to enable them to find solutions to their management. Legal and scientific problems. · During this time, he also has served as a facilitator in successfully working out complex issues for governmental organisations such as the European Commission, USFDA and EPA. · As Managing Director of RCC Geneva, he interacted with a broad spectrum of clients and managed a staff of 50 people. Personal Dr. Bernstein has Swiss and American citizenship and is currently residing in Geneva, Switzerland. English mother tongue; Fluent in French.

Dr. Bernstein has served as a mediator in numerous regulatory, commercial, business and medical/environmentally related disputes, including large complex cases involving national and international parties and complicated multi-party disputes. He has unique experience in providing training to individuals and companies in cooperative non-resistive communication. Representative mediations include: Multi-party dispute involving a 10 company industry group and the French government & the European Commission. Working with pharmaceutical and chemical companies in providing dispute resolution to regulatory issues. Commercial contractual dispute respolution. As managing director of RCC Geneva, managing and resolving disputes with a staff of 50 persons.

Dr. Bernstein has developed a unique array of modern analytical techniques for use in resolving disputes. These are based upon a comprehensive understanding of the psychology of a dispute and the ability to empower and motivate the parties towards the dispute resolution. These techniques can be applied as well within the classical contexts of facilitative, transformative, and evaluative mediation.

$350 Per Hour. Hourly rate includes study time (document review and preparation). No cancellation fee. No charge for travel time.
