IIAM Conflict Management Club
IIAM offers limited internships to bright and talented students who look forward to build a career in mediation or ADR. They can coordinate with the IIAM Community Mediation Service as an IIAM Young Conflict Manager, to coordinate with the activities of Community Mediation Clinics and to do research programs on Community Mediation in India.
They can also act as Conveners in starting “Conflict Management Clubs” with the cooperation of teachers and other students in the schools and colleges, so that it could cater peer mediations for resolving conflicts amoung students interse or with teachers’ or staff members and students in an amicable and friendly manner. Teachers, staff members or students who undergo the basic mediation / conflict management training can be Conflict Managers in the Clubs.

James Cook University: Student Conflict Support Service

Otago University Peer Mediation Centre
The main goal of the project is to establish professional sustainable peer-mediation services to the students of the University of Otago and to the wider community of the city of Dunedin. A selected team of students, graduates of a full 28 hours mediators’ training, is responsible for all aspects of running the peer mediation centre.
The peer mediation centre conducts processes and activities for conflict resolution, conflict prevention, staff training, advocacy and consultation.
