KeymasterWhat ethics should be applied when conducting online dispute resolution, and how?
Here’s what the (US) National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution has to offer: http://odr.info/ethics-and-odr/
and this is what the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution suggest: https://icodr.org/standards/
Here’s IMI’s (non-ODR-specific) Code of Professional Conduct: https://www.imimediation.org/practitioners/code-professional-conduct/
What do you think?
