Stephen Barker

Stephen is a solicitor and mediator with over 20 years experience acting for a broad base of commercial clients. He was previously a commercial litigation partner in international law firms Eversheds and Reed Smith.  Stephen now spends most of his working life as a commercial mediator, and also works as a dispute resolution adviser. James Bridgeman

Jane was accredited by CEDR in 2001 but has been mediating since 1992. Srđan Šimac. LL.M., was born at 1961, Split, Croatia. He is a Judge and was former President of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia. He is among mediation pioneers in Croatia and especially among founders of court annexed mediation. High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia is probably among the first Appeal Courts with mediation in region.

He is a founder member of the Croatian Mediation Association (HUM) and its president. He was a member of the Steering Committee of Croatian EU PHARE two years Project about developing mediation in Croatia. He is member of the Croatian National Committee for Alternative Dispute Resolution, member of lists of all Croatian Mediation Centers as mediator (from 2003); Judge Mediator, mediation trainer and mediation lecturer nationally and internationally, author of several articles on mediation in law journals and coauthor of the book on mediation. He deals with commercial mediation inside and outside of the courts. He is a Croatian coordinator in South East European Mediation Forum (SEEMF) and he was its chairman for 2008.
