Isabelle Hautot is a General Counsel for ORANGE, in charge of the International Expertise & Conflicts Resolution as well as of the Litigation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Real Estate legal departments; the chair of the CCIAG (Corporate Counsel International Arbitration Group) and an Honorary member of the Paris Bar.
Isabelle Hautot has 35 years of experience in the legal profession, mainly acting as counsel and arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations; she is referenced as a member of the Paris Bar, specialized in international litigation and arbitration and a member of the ICC Institute Council, with numerous contributions to international conferences. She also taught international commercial law and international arbitration law at Sciences-Po Paris, the University of Paris V René-Descartes, the Ecole Française des Barreaux, and the Bologna University. Prior to that, she participated in international negotiations as an in-house counsel for Spie-Batignolles and Framatome. She speaks French, English and Italian.
