This Feedback Digest is based on 8 feedback in 60 mediations, initially submitted in December 2009.

Marc Goldstein served as a mediator for these parties in a great number of sessions.

All cases were settled at the mediation stage with one exception. All participants in the feedback digest expressed their belief that Marc Goldstein is a highly professional, capable, bright, patient and tenacious mediator.

In the feedbacks provided, Mr. Goldstein’s overall skill and ability were given a 5/5 across the board. All parties stated that they would use his services again and would also recommend his services to others.
Furthermore, the parties indicated that Marc Goldstein showed the ability to balance the emotional aspects of case with the facts and bring the two sides, which were initially very far apart, to an acceptable solution.
The feedbacks stressed his professionalism, creativity, fairness and persistence.

Feedbacks also showed his ability to help parties indentify and analyze problems to such extent as it led to a successful resolution of the conflict.
