Andrew practises domestically in professional indemnity, disciplinary and regulatory claims and in commercial, property and administrative law. He is recognised internationally as one of the foremost mediation advocates and mediation advocacy trainers in the world, having worked in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Turkey, Nigeria, France, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, India, Thailand, Oman, Singapore, Kuwait, Cayman Islands, BVI, Jersey, Guernsey and the UAE. He has been identified as a leading junior at the Professional Negligence Bar by the legal directories since 1995. He is also recommended as a leading mediator in The Legal 500. He has maintained a niche practice in franchising for over twenty years.Andrew writes and lectures extensively on advocacy, communication skills and dispute resolution and is a Bar Council, NITA (UK), NLS and ABA advocacy trainer.
