- A lawyer-turned-mediator and mediation advocate, for I have seen too many cases that could have had a much better outcome if genuinely tried for out-of-court resolution. Specialising in amicable settlements has long been a crown piece of my law practice; I have been doing it for years, breaking through the limitations and mistrust that often hits any attorney urging an amicable settlement between conflicting parties. So, my turn to mediation was natural, and it is a bonanza of effectiveness that comes from the neutrality of the role. It's my passion.
- Once upon a time and for years, I was fiercely engaged in pro-human rights politics full of principled conflicts, so the value of fighting the good fight is well known to me. Mediation is not an obstacle to a good legal battle but an excellent opportunity to avoid fighting in vain, which happens much more often than it seems.
