Mediation Profile

In addition to mediating and arbitrating commercial disputes, I teach negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, including international arbitration and mediation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

I have mediated around 1000 cases over the past 20 years.

I use a hybrid approach. I am comfortable with either a facilitative or evaluative style. I do not practice a transformative model. I generally adjust my approach based on the requirements of the parties and of the particular case. My style may vary during the mediation as required.

I mediate commercial disputes. I have extensive experience mediating disputes involving all aspects of financial services, employment, and closely held partnership or corporate dissolutions. I also have experience in the areas of entertainment, franchise, insurance, and general commercial disputes.
