Mr Bosnak has consistently been rated at Performance Level 4 by parties for whom he has acted as a professional mediator. All respondents would recommend Mr. Bosnak as a mediator, because he is able to gain confidence of all parties involved. He is rewarded for his skills, especially for his determination, his independence and impartiality. He knows how to establish trust in him as a professional and between parties. His tactfulness and patience in the mediation process were hailed as a key strength. Parties rewarded him for his genuine interest in their conflict stories and the way Mr. Bosnak guided them calmly towards a solution. His integrity and his capability to build bridges among people is a key aspect, as well as his capability to help parties to distinguish between facts and emotions, positions and interests. Regarding the costs involved, the clients regarded this as reasonable as clients’ rating ranked from satisfied to neutral. All clients were satisfied with both the process as with the result (rates from very good to neutral) and in general a very high degree of satisfaction was reported. For 66% of the clients, this has been their first mediation experience, and they want to provide a reference to parties considering the engagement of him as a mediator in the future. Reviewing the references, the conclusion is that Mr. Bosnak is highly appreciated as a mediator. No reportable negative comments have arisen in the period reviewed.
