Lilia is an experienced international private and civil law as well as insurance and reinsurance law practitioner, attorney at law. With over 30 years experience both as in-house counsel and in private practice she has also employed mediation tools over a decade in a variety of fields.

Lilia regularly mediates a wide variety of disputes relating to insurance and reinsurance, corporate and civil law cases, divorce and family disputes, labor and employment, anti-trust, bancruptcy and other areas.

Lilia is acting also as an arbitrator in international trade, maritime, insurance, reinsurance, agency, construction, financial and banking law, in corporate disputes, investment law.

As an experienced international private, civil and corporate lawyer Lilia has mediated conflicts involving a wide range of subjects and situations, including complex case with a bouque of subjects.

The mediations successfully addressed a variety of labour, work and employment related aspects, personal and family conflicts, divorce cases, as well as complex disputes with combination of labor and corporate matters, employment and administration law matters, bancruptcy and special supervision matters, etc.

Lilia helps lawyers and other professionals deal with conflicts of interest and other complex issues, overcoming interpersonal, cultural and other boundaries and resolve ethics matters. She is also competent to deal with civil, commercial and bilateral investment treaties, international public law and a wide spectrum of issues in the field of dispute resolution.

Lilia usually works on an hourly rate but a daily rate is also acceptable. The fee rate may vary depending on the type, complexity, length and geography of mediation. She is also flexible and open to discuss fees that are acceptable to all concerned.

She has made her PhD. jur. degree (dissertation) on the topic: “Legal background and models of environmental impact liability insurance – comparative legal analysis (USA, UK, Germany, France, Russia)” at the same Alma-Mater, Private International and Civil Law Department.
