This Feedback Digest is based on a multitude of feedbacks in over 250 cases (among some international and multi-party) mediations performed until December 2022.
Parties for who Mrs. van Gelder has acted as a mediator have all consistently rated her at Performance Level 4 and 5. The meticulousness and conscientiousness scored high as well as her way of attending to the respective parties need during the mediation.
Mrs. van Gelder professional attitude is described as very accommodating and courteous in facilitating communications, which is identifiable through her management and organizing of the interactions. Mrs. Van Gelders approach to mediations is experienced as practical & solution focused and executed with perseverance.
