Trained in 2006 by Clerksroom (now London School of Mediation) and RICS in 2008. Undertaken 125 mediations principally, but not entirely, property related. Most have been in the private sector involving construction, valuation, boundaries, alleged professional negligence, disputed fees, dilapidations and service charges. I have undertaken 2 family child contact mediations. I have advised clients in numerous mediation cases, predominantly concerned with property rights.
