Graduated in Law with a first-class grade of 110/110 and wrote a thesis on Civil Procedural Law in Inheritance Law. Also holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Banking and Financial Markets. had organized numerous legal training courses, actively participating in training courses for Civil and Commercial Mediators and related professional development courses, as well as courses in Usury and Banking Compound Interest. Manage the ADR Center offices in Grosseto, Livorno, and Pisa, and i’m a Mediator, i have successfully handled numerous complex disputes in inheritance, condominium, banking, and corporate matters, gaining considerable experience in these areas.

Civil Matters

I use a mixed mediation technique, applying both facilitative and adjudicative mediation techniques. Initially, I facilitate communication, encourage dialogue, guide the negotiation process, and tend to bring out the underlying interests, leading to a shift in perspective while maintaining a listening stance. When the parties are unable to find a common path, I intervene with solutions that are the fruit of my prior listening and understanding of their fears and desires.
