Croatian Government nominated Mladen to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Panel of Conciliators at its session on June 21, 2017 and the ICSID designated Mladen Vukmir as an ICSID Consilliator on August 2, 2017 for a six year term until August 2, 2023.
Mladen is a past ADR Committee Chair, International Trademark Association (INTA) for the term 2010-2011. Served as a Vice-Chair position in the 2008-2009 term. The mandatory per claim coverage limit is HRK 800.000,00 (approximately EUR 105.000,00). For cases of multiple claims during one year of insurance, the mandatory coverage limit is HRK 1.600.000,00 (approximately EUR 210.000,00) per year, per policy.
Allianz (Additional Professional Indemnity)
The additional per claim coverage limit with Allianz is EUR 500.000,00 (EUR 1.000.000,00 for cases of multiple claims during one year of insurance).
