QAP/CMTP Application Processing Fee (Regular) (VAT exclusive, if applicable)

This processing fee is associated with an application to become an IMI Qualifying Assessment Program or an IMI Certified Mediator Training Program.

Additionally, note that while this processing fee is one-off, both QAPs and CMTPs undergo audits every two years. A fee of 350 EUR is applicable for the audit process, with exemptions for organizations not collecting fees for their training programs. QAPs and CMTPs not successfully completing the audit will no longer be considered as such by IMI.

It’s important to highlight that all individuals involved in appraising your program application do so voluntarily.
