The International Mediation Institute (IMI) and Young Mediators’ Initiative (YMI) are delighted to be a supporting organisation for the upcoming 12th edition of the NLIU-INADR International Mediation Tournament 2024, hosted by the Alternate Dispute Resolution Cell, National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
This event is of interest to students from law schools across India and internationally. The tournament will witness participation of experts and dignitaries in the field of mediation.
The competition aims to provide an opportunity for students to be a part of disputes akin to actual altercations witnessed by legal professionals. It further presents an opportunity to hone the requisite communication and mediation skills in addition to holding discussions with equally enthusiastic professionals and students in the field. The nuanced feedback offered by the judges with years of experience allows the participants to assess and enhance their performance. The judges, who are highly revered professionals, are also expected to bring in diverse opinions owing to their international cohort.
