This seminar brings together leading international mediators to explore strategies to identify the most suitable mediator, optimize outcomes, and make well-informed decisions on mediation processes. It will cover recent cross-border mediation advancements like mixed mode approaches, process-design facilitators, universal disclosure codes, mediation advocacy certification, and online negotiation tools and assess how these have influenced user demands and refined best practices in mediation.
