Current Position & Background

Wolf is a dual qualified lawyer (Canada and England) mediator, arbitrator and dispute board member, who has spent his 30 year career as a senior legal executive with Litton Industries Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation dealing with international legal and compliance issues in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. His experience spans: investor-State, aviation/aerospace, the board room, large infrastructure projects, programme development and implementation, joint venture formation, licensing and IP management, corporate structures, international ADR including arbitration, mediation and dispute boards, compliance and governance, export compliance, ethics training and conflict management consulting. He specialises in investor state, aerospace/aviation, technology/IP, energy, maritime and construction/engineering/infrastructure disputes.

Wolf has established his own international consulting firm “Global Resolution Services Limited” aimed at providing solutions for the regulatory, compliance, governance, CSR and conflict risk scenarios faced by companies wishing to engage in the global market. He has also specialised in investor State mediation a field he has been working in for the past decade as a neutral and the past 25 years as a user. He has handled investor state mediations in the Middle East, Europe and Africa involving the extraction industry, technology/telecoms, hospitality/tourism and education.

Wolf was the first Chair of IMI, and has sat on the boards of CEDR, London, the AAA-ICDR in New York, USA and was the Chair of the Management Board of the CIArb. He has been named to the ICSID Conciliation Panel by the President of the World Bank in 2024.
