Following the introduction of the Annual Listing Fees for IMI CMTPs, announced in August 2023, we would like to clarify the payment schedule for both existing CMTPs and prospective ones. Timely payment will ensure continued CMTP status and visibility of your program on the IMI platform.
Payment Schedule:
- Existing CMTPs will be contacted to complete the fee payment based on the month their application was approved. As a result, payments will be spread across different quarters of the year to align with the anniversary of the program approval. Some CMTPs will be asked to pay in Q1, others in Q2, Q3, or Q4.
- New CMTPs will follow the same schedule, making their first payment upon approval, with subsequent payments due each year on the anniversary of their initial payment.
Please note that once your payment is completed, your listing will be active under a subscription model. This means that in the coming years, you will automatically receive reminder emails for the renewal of your CMTP Listing Fee.
Please note that failure to pay the annual CMTP listing fee will result in your program being removed from the IMI CMTP directory and the “Find a Program” page on the IMI website. Additionally, your program will no longer be authorized to use the IMI CMTP logo.
In line with IMI’s commitment to inclusivity, fee reductions are available for CMTPs from countries eligible under IMI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policy.
The fee structure, based on the World Bank Group’s income classifications and the United Nations’ Human Development Index, is as follows:
- Regular Fee: €695 (for high-income countries with Very High Human Development)
- 25% Discounted Fee: €521.25 (for upper-middle-income countries with High Human Development)
- 50% Discounted Fee: €347.50 (for lower-middle-income and low-income countries with Medium and Low Human Development)
