I am a nationally accredited Mediator working with French Administrative Courts and Paris Judicial Court of Appeal specialising in administrative disputes - between public authorities and private parties- and in high-stakes international cases.
Since 2024, I am also one of two mediators of the mediation service at the OECD in Paris dealing with workplace conflict resolution in a multicultural environment and providing conflict training and coaching with staff and managers.
Before becoming a mediator, I served as a judge for 15 years in Administrative Courts where I had the opportunity to observe firsthand the complexity and the destructive dynamic of conflict.
Finally I work as a lecturer at universities and as an ADR trainer for educational institutes.
My career is marked by my dedication to fostering dialogue and understanding through mediation, leveraging my judicial background to navigate complex conflicts effectively at both national and international levels.
Conflict is a crisis in human interaction that destabilizes the parties making them more vulnerable. My approach aims to transform the conflict dynamics and relational interactions before focusing on problem-solving.
I work in close cooperation with lawyers and, when the case requires it, with other professionals who can contribute to finding solutions.
