Leonardo D’Urso, is the Co-Founder and CEO of ADR Center, a leading mediation provider in Europe based in Italy. He coordinates the management of ADR Center’s 60 Resolution Center’s in the major Italian cities and oversees the quality control of their operations. He has conducted hundreds of commercial and civil mediations in Italy and abroad. Among the main projects he carried out during the expansion of ADR Center, he developed the first multilingual platform on Cloud for lawyers in order to easily manage from different devices all documents related to a mediation and arbitration procedure. He regularly conducts basic and advanced training in Mediation Techniques for mediators and Negotiations Strategies for corporate clients. Leonardo has 15 years of experience in successfully managing complex projects funded by international donors in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Central America. In particular he has been a senior ADR expert in projects in Afghanistan, Nigeria, Barbados and all Eu and North African countries. He is author of many publications in the field of mediation and negotiation and co-author of the best selling Italian mediation manual: Manuale del Mediatore Professionista. He has been awarded, together with Giuseppe De Palo, the 2012 CPR Award Reward for Outstanding Practical Achievement from the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR Institute). He holds an MBA in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management - Phoenix, AZ, U.S.A. and an Economic Degree in Italy
