I do workplace conflict mediation and conflict management skills development as part of my broader work in Organization Development. With expertise in both organizational behavior and organizational systems and processes, I bring a unique lens for identifying conflict hotspots and bottlenecks across organizations. I intervene through mediation when conflicts flare up, and I partner with organizational stakeholders, typically senior leaders and HR directors, to deliver conflict management training as a preventive measure.

🌿I am a professional coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant focused on leadership, team, and organization development (OD). I am also a certified workplace mediator and trainer in conflict resolution. At my company Agile OD, I lead a tribe of expert OD practitioners who help organizations of all sizes succeed in change, transformation, and innovation.
🤖Through my work as an INSEAD lecturer, I stay close to the latest in management thinking. I collaborate with professors and programme directors to translate academic concepts into practical, actionable learning, and am often invited to programmes focused on building learning capabilities for innovation — drawing on expertise in Agile, Design Thinking, behavioral change, leadership development, and OD.
🌐Based in Singapore, I deliver work worldwide with teammates across APAC, Europe, and the Americas. Much of my work is with multinational corporations, and I equally enjoy partnering with government agencies, regional firms, family businesses, mission-driven organizations, and — close to my heart — startups and SMEs.
As a serial startup entrepreneur and former banker, I bring 30 years of front-line business experience. Everything I coach is grounded in real practice. I understand the organizational code, the middle manager’s blues, and the entrepreneur’s loneliness — perspectives that help me be an empathetic partner to the leaders I support.
I have a third-culture upbringing and am a native English and Japanese speaker. Having spent my entire career as a Japanese national in multicultural environments, I bring deep sensitivity to cultural dynamics. This background helps me deliver high-context, cross-cultural work across geographies.
