ICC joins the international ADR community in mourning the loss of Michael Leathes. Michael was a pillar of the community and a visionary who worked tirelessly to promote access to justice through mediation and advocated for the voice of users of dispute resolution services to drive meaningful change. Among his many achievements was the founding of the International Mediation Institute (IMI), which played a significant role in advancing international ADR standards and awareness. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Michael’s family during this difficult time.
