Michael was a true inspiration to anyone who heard him talk or talked to him about mediation and facilitation. But I will always remember him most for his inimitable style of presentation, which often made me laugh more than any other speaker I can think of – boundless enthusiasm and passion, with such a light touch, that ensured his well crafted and often serious messages always hit home. He will be greatly missed.
