QAP audited November 2023.
QAPs are programs that meet IMI’s independent criteria for the assessment of mediators. QAPs assess whether a mediator has the requisite knowledge, experience, and skills to receive IMI Certification.
The Program is delivered in English and offered in the following formats: in-person, hybrid and online.
