IMI Expedited Application Processing Fee (All Programs) – (VAT exclusive, if applicable)

This Expedited Application Processing Fee applies to applications for recognition as an IMI Qualifying Assessment Program (QAP), Mediation Advocacy QAP (MAQAP), Intercultural Competency QAP (ICQAP), or as an IMI Certified Mediator Training Program (CMTP).

The fee is charged in place of the standard fee. It applies to applications requiring accelerated handling, including:

• Submissions made outside IMI’s regular application windows.
• Requests for priority in review.
• Situations requiring priority due to institutional, regulatory, or other urgent deadlines.

How to request expedited processing
Applicants must:

1. Notify IMI in writing of the need for expedited processing at the time of submission.

2. Pay the expedited fee.

Additional Information

• Please note that, in addition to this one-off processing fee, CMTPs are also subject to an Annual Listing Fee.
• QAPs and CMTPs undergo audits every two years. A fee of 350 EUR is applicable for the audit process, with exemptions for organizations not collecting fees for their training or assessments programs. QAPs and CMTPs that do not successfully complete the audit will no longer be recognized as such by IMI.
• It’s important to highlight that all individuals involved in appraising your program application do so voluntarily. Processing fees contributes to IMI’s internal costs and supports the global development of mediation standards. See: IMI Funding Details.
• DEI and VAT: All fees are subject to IMI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy, as well as VAT depending on the organization’s location.
