This processing fee is associated with an application to become an IMI Qualifying Assessment Program (QAP), Mediation Advocacy QAP (MAQAP), Intercultural Competency QAP (ICQAP).

Additional Information

• QAPs undergo audits every two years. A fee of 350 EUR is applicable for the audit process, with exemptions for organizations not collecting fees for their assessments programs. QAPs that do not successfully complete the audit will no longer be recognized as such by IMI.
• An Expedited Application Processing Fee may also be requested for applications requiring accelerated handling (e.g., off-cycle submissions, shorter timelines, or urgent institutional/regulatory deadlines). Full details are available here: Expedited Application Processing Fee.
• It’s important to highlight that all individuals involved in appraising your program application do so voluntarily. Processing fees contributes to IMI’s internal costs and supports the global development of mediation standards. See: IMI Funding Details.
• DEI and VAT: All fees are subject to IMI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy, as well as VAT depending on the organization’s location.
