The International Mediation Institute (IMI) is delighted to support the VIII International Forum “Mediation & Law” led by the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, an IMI CMTP!
The International Forum “Mediation & Law” is the largest specialised event in Ukraine dedicated to developing mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods. It aims to promote the development of mediation as an effective tool for conflict resolution, improve the quality of mediation services, share best practices, and create conditions for interaction and cooperation. The event aims to highlight innovative approaches to alternative dispute resolution, and prospects for their development and discuss current trends.
The VIII International Forum “Mediation & Law” will allow participants to join panel discussions, workshops and other events dedicated to relevant topics. Additionally, all participants will receive certificates.
IMI will be leading a workshop on “Ethical Guidelines in the Professional Activity of a Mediator” featuring prominent speakers Tat Lim, Dorcas Quek Anderson and Omer Shapira, moderated by Zachary Calo and Indrė Korsakovienė. It will take place on the 24th of July, 13:00 – 14:30 (CEST).
Tat Lim, Member of the IMI Board of Directors and Leadership Team, and Constantin-Adi Gavrila, co-chair of the IMI Independent Standards Commission, will be speaking on the Panel Discussion titled “Quality of Mediation Services: Key Indicators and Methods to Ensure It” which will take place from 11:15 – 13:30 (CEST) on the 26th of July.
