The Mediators' Green Pledge, issued by the World Mediators Alliance against Climate Change, outlines a list of measures that mediators can take to reduce the climate impact of their work. View the pledge at https://womacc.org/take-the-green-pledge/.
Disputes arise all the time. Most of the time, we can solve them by talking, listening and cooperating.
But sometimes we can't find a solution on our own and the conflict becomes stressful, costly and distracting.
My aim is to help the conflicting parties to come to an agreement and find a solution that works for both of them, avoiding unexpected costs and tensions in court proceedings.
I believe that respectful and constructive dialogue helps to fashion creative solutions that represents real needs and interests.
I have completed the basic 40-hour mediation training at Mykolas Romeris University, passed the Mediator Qualification Exam and enlisted in the official list of mediators in the Republic of Lithuania.
I regularly attend seminars and trainings on mediation and ADR topics in Lithuania and abroad, both live and remotely.
I am an active member of the Lithuanian Chamber of Mediators and the mediators' community, the founder of a private mediation center, and a presenter of mediation simulations and seminars on mediation.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Mediation. I am currently a PhD candidate (Mediation) and a lecturer of ADR at Mykolas Romeris University. Also a member of the MRU Mediation and Sustainable Dispute Resolution Team, a trainer of the MRU Students Mediation Team, a judge of international mediation tournaments, an expert in mediation research.
