Event Invitation: 2nd Brazilian Mediation Day: Global Edition

We cordially invite you to attend the Global Edition of the Brazilian Mediation Day, organized as part of the 20th ICC Mediation Week!

IMI is delighted to collaborate to bring to you the 2nd Brazilian Mediation Day on February 6, 2025 in Paris, France, and online, in the year in which France and Brazil celebrate the bicentenary of their diplomatic relations and the ICC Mediation Competition celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Following last year’s successful 1st Brazilian Mediation Day – a full-day program dedicated to the discussion and in-depth exploration of topics on consensual dispute resolution in the Brazilian and global context, we are partnering with our Brazilian colleagues to bring you a day full of excellent programming, including cutting-edge panels on:

the critical role of AI in modern mediation,
insights into the impact of Third Party Funding on settlement negotiations, and
client-centered strategies for achieving better outcomes in legal practice.

A special IMI session will be interactive in nature and will focus on important initiatives to improve the delivery of mediation services, following a year that was marked by major developments in the mediation field, from new accreditation (AMDRAS) standards in Australia to important policy impulses in the UK.

In-person attendance is free of charge.
