CEM’s Italian Delegation had its QAP approved in January 2019. Audit approved December 2024.

Qualifying Assessment Programs (QAPs), assess highly-experienced mediators for the purposes of IMI Mediator Certification – the international gold standard for mediator certification.

QAP is offered in-person in Italy as well as online. The Program is delivered in Italian and English.
