The cost and duration of litigation these days is so much high that people could not afford it which resulted in increase of suicides and crimes. Disputed parties would like to fix their issues out of the court in less time consuming and cost effective way and this motivates me to help those people by facilitating their disputes
Currently I am working as a private mediator in Australia. I was with couple of Family Relationship centres but then I left the job and started this my own work.
I am originally from Pakistan before moving to Australia in 2013. In Pakistan I did Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts and was admitted as Advocate of High Courts. In Australia, I did not practice as solicitor but to continue my profession as mediator I did Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner from The College of Law and Master of Laws (Dispute Resolution) from University of Technology Sydney.
