This Feedback Digest is based on 12 feedback in 33 mediations, initially submitted on Thursday 14th January 2016. The feedback received from parties show Mr See as an extremely effective communicator. Participants describe him as a warm and friendly person whose excellent communication skills allowed him to listen attentively to the parties and helped him to demonstrate a keen understanding of the parties’ points of view. This also inspired the parties to have tremendous confidence in him and the mediation process.
