Feedback Digest for Ms. Courtney Chicvak
This IMI Feedback Digest is based on 18 mediation participant feedback surveys. All mediation participants surveyed found Ms. Chicvak’s mediation services to be “helpful”, with many finding them “very helpful” and some reviews specifically remarking on how far Ms. Chicvak went to be supportive to both the participants and the mediation process. Ms. Chicvak’s friendly demeanor and consummately professional mediation skills were also noted as contributing to the overall client satisfaction with the mediation process. Ms. Chicvak’s clients remarked that her skills made the mediation process both expedient and efficient. especially when compared to their litigation alternatives. Ms. Chicvak’s clients were clearly satisfied with the mediation process she conducted and would try mediation again if faced with a similar problem. It is apparent that Ms. Chicvak’s mediation services come highly recommended.
