He is a Professor at RULE. He holds degrees from NUS (LL.M.), UNILU & UniNE (CAS), UCSC (J.D.). He worked at HKIAC, AIAC, THAC and is accredited as Tribunal Secretary at HKIAC, MCIA, TIAC. He is a Fellow of many institutes of arbitrators and a mediator with SMC, SIMI, HKMAAL.
