David Lutran is a Mediator accredited by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP) since 2017. He is also a certified mediator from the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the French Institute for Certification of Mediators (IFCM). He is referenced by the French National Centre of Mediation for Lawyers (CNMA) and listed among the mediators of almost 15 Courts of Appeal in France (including Paris and Overseas). He is also listed on the rosters of mediators of the following international institutions : Saoudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) / Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BDCR) / Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Center of Ouagadougou (CAMC-O, Burkina Faso).
He acts as a mediator and co-mediator in conventional and judicial mediations, both domestic and international, in commercial cases (brutal termination of established commercial relations, contractual non-performance, earn-out...), real estate, construction, partnership and inheritance disputes in the following sectors: energy, construction and public works, international trade, ready-to-wear clothing, agri-food, information and communication technologies or wine growing.
He is appointed by institutions such as the Center of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as by the courts.
Author of numerous publications on mediation, that he teaches in several universities and business schools in France and Senegal, he regularly organizes and participates in mediation-related events in France and abroad (Algeria, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Italy, Switzerland, Lebanon, Singapore, Democratic Republic of Congo, etc.).
He has also been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004 (commercial, real estate and criminal litigation) and worked in the litigation departments of various leading law firms (Linklaters, Gide).
David is appointed as conventional and judicial mediator in commercial, corporate, real estate, construction, energy and family related matters.

David Lutran has more than 15 years experience as a litigation and pre-litigation lawyer, working for many actors in various industries, from France and abroad. Because of his broad litigation scope and his experience as a lawyer, David is able to mediate in many areas.

Between €250 and €400 on an hourly basis, depending on the parties' financial capacities, the amount at stake, their number, the international nature of the mediation and/or a possible co-mediation to solve the dispute. Billing can also be made on a daily or half daily rate.
