As of the date of this review, Mr. Noll has been rated by 27 users of his service. He is perceived as highly skilled (4.5 on a 5.0 scale) and effective. Users indicated that they very satisfied with the outcomes of Mr. Noll’s mediations (4.1 on a 5.0 scale). His mediation fees are considered competitive in the market. Users report that Mr. Noll is tenacious in pursuing settlement in resolution and has excellent listening skills, especially towards clients that have weak cases. Users report that Mr. Noll is able to cut through posturing and positions to the essence of the problem. Mr. Noll is able to help parties gain broader perspectives about the conflict and help them put the conflict into a larger life or business perspective. He is reported to maintain a calm demeanor in the face of high emotions. His previous experience as a litigator and his experience as a mediator ground the parties on focusing on problem-solving, rather than arguing. Mr. Noll is also honest in his assessment of potential consequences of decisions and choices. He is able to lead the parties through a process that explores options and allows them to reach good choices. In sensitive relationship cases, such as family, probate, and partnership disputes, Mr. Noll is reported to be empathic and sensitive to the emotional dynamics at play in the conflict. When appropriate, he has helped the parties reconcile in addition to ending their lawsuit. The users reported great benefit in having the parties understand all sides of the conflict and the potential consequences of not settling the matter in mediation. Many felt that Mr. Noll’s ability to hear each side led to client’s feeling that the process was worthwhile regardless of the outcome.
