I am a dispute resolution lawyer who is keen to develop my mediation practice as mediator and mediation advocate, representing and working with parties in mediations and negotiations.
- I believe in the value of mediation as a flexible and party-led process, that can assist parties to find tailored solutions that meet their needs. Mediation allows parties to:
- resolve both legal and non-legal problems under the guidance of the mediator, using creative party-led solutions; and
- steer away from added stress and costs.

Current Experience as Mediator
- I am a SIMI-Accredited Mediator. I have had experience as Mediator in role-plays and academic assessments, mediating commercial and family disputes.
- I am happy to explore mediations of any subject matter.
Mediation Style
- Primarily facilitative in nature.
- As a mediator, I aim to place focus on the underlying concerns of the parties and how I can best work with them to meet their needs. My underlying principle for all mediations is to create a safe space for parties and counsel, both in the joint sessions, and in the private sessions.
Current Experience as Mediation Advocate
- I have had experience as Mediation Advocate in role-plays and academic assessments.
- I have taken the Mediation Advocacy elective, as part of the Preparatory Course leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations, at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
I am an empanelled mediator with Sage Mediation.
- Completed the Mediation Workshop elective (13 weeks) at the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law.
- Recipient of the Peacemakers' Prize in Mediation 2021.
- Recipient of the Singapore Mediation Centre Prize 2021.
- Volunteer Facilitator at the Peacemakers Conference 2021, a leading peer mediation training workshop in Asia that equips youths with effective conflict resolution skills (22-24 June 2021): https://peacemakers.sg/events/pmc/
- Facilitator at Singapore International Mediation Institute's (SIMI) Singapore Polytechnic Outstanding Talent (SPOT) Programme 2021.
- Completed the Introduction to International Mediation Workshop with Sage Mediation (5 November 2021).
- Completed and passed the International Mediator Accreditation Workshop (IMAW) with Sage Mediation (10-12 November 2021).
