Founding Coordinator of the Bangalore Mediation Centre (BMC), the a premier Court Annexed Mediation Program of the High Court of Karnataka. Routinely train lawyers and educate community and business leaders on the effectiveness of collaborative dispute resolution. Presented in several conferences and seminars, nationally and internationally. Co-mediated sensitive cases with former Judges of the Supreme Court of India.
As appropriate, I utilize both facilitative and evaluative skills to help parties reach an informed and voluntary agreement. Lawyers are an integral part of the mediation.
I facilitate the process through convening, understanding perspectives, gathering information, identifying interests, creating options, case evaluation, reality checking and brain storming.

Professional Charges
Mediation In Bangalore : Per day of 6 hours $ 1500, Per additional hours $ 250/ hour, Premeditation time for convening and preparation $ 250/hour
Mediation Outside Bangalore (India): $3000, Per additional hours $500/hour,
Premeditation time for convening and preparation $ 250/hour
There will be no charges for space rental at Bangalore. CAMP has a fully equipped Mediation Centre.
In case mediation is outside Bangalore, suitable facility will be charged at actuals. Transport and stay will also be charged at actuals.
