Linda Reijerkerk is director and trainer of the Centre for Conflict Management in Haarlem, The Netherlands. She is currently vice-president of the European Mediation Network Initiative, EMNI. She has been mediating multiparty complex mediation situations in the business field and in (inter)governmental conflicts. As a consultant she has been working in more than 35 countries in all continents, for clients such as World Bank, EBRD, KFW and UN.
Linda Reijerkerk has been a mediator for more than 15 years in cases in the business sector, the aviation sector, the environmental sector, intellectual property and labour dispute cases, including conflicts in the board room.
The mediation style of Linda Reijerkerk is mainly facilitative, with a flavor of transformative style. She knows to create a balanced process even with more than 10 persons join the mediation table. She encourages participants and motivates them to clarify their conflict issues and looking for options which go beyond the obvious. As a result, participants are motivated to bring the mediation to an agreement.
