She is the President of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation and the Team Leader of the EU Project “CONSENT: Enhancement of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Ukraine with the Focus on Mediation”.
Additionally, Luiza is a Co-founder and Honorary member of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine and serves on the Supervisory Board of the Association of Family Mediators of Ukraine. Her active participation extends to various committees and working groups, including those connected to government and parliamentary initiatives related to mediation and ADR.
In addition to Luiza's many years of practical experience in conducting mediations, she has significantly contributed to the development of mediation through innovative approaches and legislative initiatives. Her professional career features pioneering efforts to integrate mediation into legal and educational systems, thereby enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of dispute resolution. Luiza is also a thought leader and influential voice in policy discussions on alternative dispute resolution, advocating for the expansion of mediation services to ensure equal access for all societal segments and to maintain the quality of these services. Her multifaceted experience includes leading interdisciplinary teams on national and international projects aimed at reforming dispute resolution mechanisms in various sectors.
Luiza's mediation style is characterized by a high degree of flexibility and a strong focus on the needs of the parties involved, achieved through profound empathy. This approach allows her to facilitate communication effectively, encouraging parties to find sustainable solutions. Luiza skilfully uses both problem-solving and transformative approaches to address and resolve conflicts comprehensively.
Luiza's main practice areas encompass a broad range of dispute types with specialized expertise in such areas as intellectual property disputes, workplace conflicts, construction and land disputes, as well as family disputes, including those involving children and cross-border family conflicts.

Luiza is an experienced educator and mentor, who has developed and conducted a diverse array of mediation training programs targeted at various groups, including basic and family mediation courses, as well as specialized training for judges, lawyers, notaries, enforcement officers, social service employees, legal aid staff, government officials, and teenagers. Over the years, she has consistently provided mentorship to the graduates of the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation, guiding new mediators as they step into their professional roles.
