mediator career started in 2003, 600+ disputes mediated as sole mediator (family disputes, commercial contracts, intellectual property, patents, environmental disputes, insurance disputes, real estate, banking contracts, medical malpractice, probate and will).
Since year 2000, extensive 20yrs of training on ADR and mediation, according to multiple approaches and models and with some of most important trainers worldwide (Ury, Cloke, Hoffman, Friedman, Golann, Mnookin, Folger, Morineau...).
Accredited trainer on mediation by the Italian Ministry of Justice. Accredited trainer for CAM – Camera Arbitrale di Milano in mediation and negotiation. More than 20 training programs as teacher on mediation and negotiation. Guest lecturer at the University of Milan-Bicocca on conflict management, mediation and negotiation.
Author of books and textbooks on mediation.
I focus on helping and facilitating the parties in establishing a workable collaboration, having a constructive dialogue, gaining a shared understanding about their dispute and taking the responsibility in finding solutions.
