This Feedback Digest is based on 12 feedbacks in 6 mediations initially submitted on January 2009 As at June 2009 Monique van de Griendt has been working for 9 years as a mediator. The last 6 months, nineteen interviews have been completed regarding mediations conducted by Monique. It was particularly pleasing for Monique that in all of her skills and attributes she was given a rating of either very good or excellent (the other categories were neutral, not very good, and poor). This result means Monique has achieved a very high satisfaction rating. Monique has also received unsolicited feedback from parties attending mediation via email and written letters. Typical comments expressed in the feedback included exemplary mediation skills, very amicable way, saved me money, we learnt a few important lessons, without Monique’s help it would have got ugly. In terms of process management it is assessed that Monique presents herself in a professional and appropriate manner, is a proactive learner, plans and manages work with minimal external direction, always follows up and finishes the job. The following feedback describes how many parties have experienced Monique’s mediation practice: “Your dedication and involvement in this mediation was to my mind quite outstanding and way beyond my expectations. You were very knowledgeable and professional. Your calm and fair manner helped the situation a lot.” No reportable negative comments have been made concerning Monique’s mediation skills.
