Italian Lawyer since 2003, I have dedicated efforts to develop skills and competences to become a good mediator from the very first moment Mediation Law was introduced in Italy. Active in Alternative Dispute Resolution since 2018 as qualified civil mediator at ADR Intesa mediation centre. Very passionate in helping litigants to sort out their litigations in short time and in a satisfactory way, letting parties keeping an eye to their rights but also focusing on their real needs and interests for a better time-for-value outcome. Subject of main practice areas: commercial mediation, division, inheritance and real estate.
Since January 2024 Family Mediator, formed at ASPIC school and ASSOMEF - Family Mediators Association - accredited.
Have dealt with hundreds of mediation processes since registered as qualified mediator at Italian Justice Ministry.
