Shouyu is a PhD Research Student at the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, King’s College London. He is funded by the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, and the Society of Construction Law, to research on jurisdiction and arbitration clauses in KCL.
