IMI QAP approved in April 2020.

IMI QAP successfully re-approved in November 2023.

QAP is offered in person in Singapore. The Program is delivered in English.

Qualifying Assessment Programs (QAPs), assess highly-experienced mediators for the purposes of IMI Mediator Certification - the international gold standard for mediator certification. 

IMI CMTP approved in December 2019.

Online training delivery recognised in March 2022.

IMI CMTP successfully re-approved in June 2025.

SMC delivers programs in person in Singapore and online in the following languages: English, Chinese, Malay, Thai, and any other ASEAN language.

SMC is also recognised by our partners, the Singapore International Mediation Institute.

Certified Mediator Training Programs (CMTPs), deliver high-quality mediator training that meets the international standards established by the International Mediation Institute.
