Dr. Theodoulou serves as a Lawyer and Trademark and Patent Agent in Cyprus. His Law Firm is one of the leading firms in Cyprus in commercial law and intellectual property and it was so voted in the Special Supplement to Managing Intellectual Property as one of the two leading firms in Cyprus both in Trade Marks and Patents. Dr. Theodoulou has lectured widely on Intellectual Property in both Cyprus and abroad. Dr. Theodoulou specializes in the areas of: Commercial law, shipping law, company law, litigation, international law and industrial property. He has written many books in many languages on history, law, intellectual property and international organizations. He writes a weekly column for Cypriot newspapers on international affairs.
Dr. Theodoulou served as a mediator in many cases, both national and international. These cases related to conflicts on commercial matters, family matters involving multi-million pounds, intellectual property.
Dr. Theodoulou is a panelist of the WIPO Center and he has issued and still issuing many decisions as a panelist of the Center. Further, he is a member of the group of Mediators of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA).
